Your Carey Meetings & Events service is provided by a dedicated events management team which includes a program manager and on-site coordinators who travel with you and work closely with our operations team to manage all transportation logistics for your meeting or event.

Integrated Manifest. Your manifest is our manifest. We integrate your manifest data into our software system, which is used by all Reservations, Dispatch and Chauffeur staff. All activity is organized under your group name, from the initial reservation to final billing.

Change Management. With Carey, changes to the manifest and itinerary are captured by our software system, providing all staff with automatic updates. We also feature Real time integration with FAA arrival and departure information. Carey goes the extra mile to ensure that each car has amenities related to your specific Event.
